What Makes Us Different

Non-GMO Approach

We use naturally occurring microorganisms no genetic modification. This matters for regulatory approval, consumer acceptance, and our own values.​

Zero-Waste Process

Post-extraction biomass becomes bio-fertilizer. Process water is recycled. We've designed the entire system to be circular.​

Homopolymer & Copolymer Production

Same fermentation platform, multiple grades. Need rigid PHB? We've got it. Need flexible PHBV? Done. Custom formulation? Let's talk.​

High Cell Density Fermentation

Our proprietary process achieves 4-5x higher cell densities than conventional fermentation. More cells = more PHA per batch = lower costs.​

Feedstock Flexibility

We process crude glycerol from biodiesel, used cooking oil, animal fats, insect fats, and agricultural sugars. This isn't just sustainable it's strategic. We're not competing for food resources, and we're not dependent on a single feedstock.​

Dual Recovery Pathways

We use both mechanical/enzymatic and biological recovery methods. This flexibility lets us optimize for purity, cost, and specific applications.​
